Children's Ministry .....ChiA Nursery Attendant is available for the infant-preschool room in the Good News Center .....Chieach Sunday from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm .....ChiYou may bring your child to the nursery so that you may attend a class at 9:30am or the 11am worship. .....ChiHowever, every worship service includes a time for children to come up to the altar for a special message. At the 11am worship service, .....Chichildren are welcome to stay in the worship service - or return to the nursery. Children's Sunday School - to restart in September 2010 9:30 am - 10:45 am We have a "one-room school house" model for our early learners, ages 1 - 10 years of age. This group learns a Bible story, with those who can read aloud teaching the younger ones. There is always a take-home craft and a game. We meet in the fellowship hall of the Good News Center. Children do not need to be potty trained for this class. Baptism at Olivet The sign of God's saving grace, the water of baptism, is open to persons of all ages. If your family is considering baptism for your child, Pastor Faith would love to meet with you and talk about the meaning of this sacrament of the church. Olivet is located on an inlet of the Patuxent River, making it possible, during the warmer months, to baptise adults and youth outdoors in the river.
